That blueprint documents what is broken, why it is broken, and exactly what must change, in the correct order, to restore momentum and stability. The audit closes with a formal exit interview. During this session, the 90-Day blueprint is reviewed end to end so the execution path is fully understood. Each step is explained in sequence, including what must happen first, what follows, and what should remain untouched for now. The work is guaranteed to identify a concrete, actionable correction within the business’s control. The work is intentionally designed around planned obsolescence, leaving the business able to execute independently.
